Welcome to Bass Lodge Fishing and Holiday Lodge.
Located on the Upper Macleay River between Armidale and Kempsey in northern NSW and surrounded by National Parks, Bass Lodge is the perfect getaway for fisherman, 4WD enthusiasts, hikers, family or social groups.
The Bass Lodge:
Bass Lodge is a true masterpeice of a building -
The area around Bass lodge is breathtaking. Situated at "The Junction", Bass Lodge is positioned on the Macleay River at the entrance of Georges Creek. Upstream on the Macleay lies National Parks and wilderness with many mountain river systems feeding into the Macleay. As the topography upstream on the Macleay River is extremely vast and steep having extremely limited access, the fishing is fantastic. Getting in to some areas is however possible via 4WD but you need to be prepared. Downstream from the Lodge lies miles and miles of river which is accessible from the road and offering good fishing and general sightseeing opportunities.
